Belmark Management is a full service property management firm offering a wide variety of choices. We have been in the property management business for more than 20 years in the Snohomish County area. Our staff is dedicated to ensuring that the needs of our customers are met in a friendly and efficient manner. We want to make being the owner of a rental property as little work for you as you want it to be. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our customers at every opportunity by having integrity, honesty, fairness and professionalism.
Because we are owners and managers, we know the importance of the bottom line and keeping up a solid return on your investment. We offer our tenants access to a tenant portal that will allow them to make online rent payments and submit work order requests. Property owners are also invited to use their owner portal to review current and historical monthly reports. It is our goal to create a transparent reporting process and a collaborative style of management for all property owners.

The Types of Services We Offer 

Placement Only

Sometimes you just need help finding the right tenant for your property. We can help! Let us find the right tenant and take care of the move-in process. We’ll then turn over all of the completed paperwork to you. Service includes:

  • Advertising on our website, craigslist and signs on your property
  • Thorough screening including credit, criminal, employment verification and rental history
  • Completion of move-in inspection and signing of lease

Management Only

Let us take the day to day work out of being a rental property owner. Services included in this package are:

  • All services listed in Placement Only
  • Collection of rents with monthly draws to the owner
  • Daily management of residents including legal notices, if necessary
  • Maintenance of property including resident work orders and turning units at vacancy
  • Owner is billed monthly for any maintenance labor or material for their property

Full Service

We’ll make being a property owner as little work as possible for you. Let us take care of you! Our Full Service package includes:

  • All services listed in Management Only
  • We will handle the payment of all bills related to the property including, but not limited to, the mortgage, taxes, insurance, maintenance expenses, etc.
  • Monthly financial reporting including Income Statement and Balance Sheet
