As a Developer/Builder, we provide complete and thorough management, from the purchase of raw land through sales, production and completion of finished homes. We maintain a selection of house plans in a price range to suit the first home buyer, those wishing to move up to a larger home, or those wanting to downsize to an upgraded smaller home. Our management team serves our buyers from design assistance through actual construction to warranty servicing of the home.
